What is Uffizzi Cloud about?
Uffizzi Cloud is a GitHub application that helps busy teams improve their release frequency by providing live full-stack previews for every pull request. With Uffizzi, teams can test branches in isolation and merge with confidence, without any manual steps for project maintainers or contributors. Uffizzi supports microservices, APIs, databases, CLIs, binaries, and frontends and backends. Each Preview Environment gets a secure HTTPS URL that is refreshed when new commits are pushed, and it is destroyed when the pull request is merged or closed. Uffizzi helps improve code quality, stability, and team velocity by isolating developer responsibility, identifying bug origins, running manual or automated tests against the preview, providing feedback to contributors, and avoiding a polluted QA environment and data accumulation. Uffizzi can be used for various use cases such as pull request environments, debugging environments, hotfix environments, demo environments, release environments, and staging environments. To use Uffizzi, users need to add a docker-compose.uffizzi.yml to their repo, open a PR, and a comment will be posted to their PR issue with a link to the Preview Environment.
