10. Free tier limitation

Axolo free tier plan is limited to GitHub/GitLab organizations with less than 30 engineers and is available for up to 5 engineers onboarded on the Axolo application.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
